Loft living in a small footprint, build three of them in a small lot subdivision and create a neighborhood. The bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor could be used as a home office/studio, the other bedrooms are on the second floor while the living spaces along with a roof deck take advantage of views and offer privacy are on the third floor. An optional roof deck is on the fourth level.
