pH: Hybrid
This custom home, designed for a wooded hillside property, is built using our hybrid system of mini modules. The mini-modules contain the wet and mechanical spaces and are combined with SIPs panels for the larger living spaces and bedrooms. This system is suitable for lots that have accessibility issues such as narrow, steep, winding streets that are too small of our typical larger modules and required cranes. Designed in collaboration with Pamela Pearson Residential Design, this will be a LEED Platinum rated home.
